Bowling is a very healthy activity in which anyone can participate! One doesn't need a lot of physical strength to become a good bowler and nearly every major muscle group is involved in delivering a bowling ball down the alley.
It can also be used to reinforce basic addition skills for any students needing to do so. These days most bowling alleys have automatic scoring, but you can create your own score sheet and score the games by hand. Click here for a very good explanation of how to keep score in bowling.
